All suppliers of travel must register for the Gay and Lesbian World Travel Expo before they can participate in the Gay Day World Welcome Center exhibit area.

Other details:

  • Booth cost must be paid in full prior to exhibit opening
  • Deadline for phone line and electricity requests is 15 May 2005
  • No pornographic materials permitted; we are on Disney property
  • Rain or shine; no refunds once contract is signed
  • No red shirts may be sold unless licensed in advance by Doug Swallow / gayday.com; contact Doug at dswallow@gayday.com for licensing information and approval for product; all shirts and other merchandise sold must comply with copyright & trademark guidelines; use of Gay Day trademarks or copyrights on merchandise is subject to licensing arrangements
